Personal Data Protection Principles

1. Who we are and how to contact us

BeeSkills.cz is the training brand of Let IT Bee, s.r.o. For questions regarding personal data protection, contact us at vit.vomacko@pvip.cz.

2. What data we process

  • Identification and contact detailsname, surname, email, telephone, and optionally company name and IČO (when booking a course).
  • Website visit dataIP address, browser type, referrer, visited pages, time of visit (cookies, Meta Pixel).
  • Contact detailsthe content of emails, inquiries and messages sent to us.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

  • Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), processing course booking, sending invitation, invoicing.
  • Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), visitor tracking, protection against misuse, marketing to existing clients for similar services.
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), targeted advertising via Meta Pixel and similar tools, commercial communications by email.
  • Compliance with statutory obligations - accounting, tax regulations.

4. Who we pass the data to

We pass your data only to processors essential for operating the service:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. - website hosting and CDN (USA, GDPR contractual clauses).
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - Meta Pixel, advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Resend, Inc. - sending transactional emails.
  • Accounting office - management of accounting and tax obligations.

We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention period

  • Data from bookings: 10 years (legal requirement for tax documents).
  • Marketing data: 3 years from last contact or until consent is withdrawn.
  • Cookies and technical logs: max. 13 months.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access to data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and lodging a complaint with Office for Personal Data ProtectionRequests are processed within 30 days via the email address listed in point 1.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

The website uses technical cookies essential for operation and, with consent, Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness. Consent for advertising cookies can be withdrawn at any time in browser settings or via an ad blocker. We do not use Google Analytics or other external trackers without consent.

8. Amendments to these principles

We update these principles as needed. The current version is always available on this page.
